Request to Erect Statue of Hero Albert Hovhannisyan in Yerevan Denied

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports has rejected the request to erect a statue of hero Albert Hovhannisyan in Yerevan. This was announced by Narine Manukyan, the director of the Republican Rehabilitation Center, on her Facebook page.

“The desecrators, who represent Azerbaijani-Turkish interests in Armenia, have denied the request to establish a statue of hero Albert as a tribute to the collective image of the fallen soldiers.
