Edik Baghdasaryan: Most of Our Casualties Resulted from Such Governance
Investigation journalist Edik Baghdasaryan wrote on his Facebook page: "The ministry led by Hakob Arshakyan claims that due to logistical problems, the Armenian pavilion in Abu Dhabi looks like this, and the exhibits have not arrived. This is not a minor detail; it’s simply a formula. This was also the case during the war—body armor was not reaching the front lines, military equipment was not arriving, or it was arriving too late. This is how the country is being governed, and most of our casualties have been the result of such governance. But there is one difference: Arshakyan has ordered a service investigation to be launched. The minister himself, of course, will not be punished; he still has to conduct tests on drones intended for children.”
