Police Summoned Narek Samsonyan

A notification was just brought to me from the central division of the police for 1:30 PM. The arrival of the police was not a surprise for us; we have been waiting since last night. Narek Samsonyan wrote this on Facebook:

"After receiving the notification, Ruben Melikyan called the investigator and informed him that I will exercise my constitutional right to participate in peaceful gatherings at that time, and we have rescheduled to today at 6:30 PM. We also emphasized that while providing an explanation is not our obligation but our right, we are still ready to appear at the police station at the specified time. I hope that during this time, investigator Gasparyan will not be pressured to issue an order for my illegal detention," he wrote.
