Steps Are Being Taken That Bring No Honor to the Subjects Who Follow 'Orders': T. Abrahamyan

The head of the Analytical Center 'Henaket', Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Is there anyone who can provide a reasonable explanation as to why one of the key figures in our expert community, Karen Bekaryan, has been summoned by the National Security Service, and apparently, by armed and masked individuals? I have known Karen since the distant year of 2004, when he was an expert on the Permanent Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly. There are few specialists in the field with his experience, knowledge, and analytical capabilities. Instead of utilizing his analytical services, the authorities and their various structures have adopted a dishonorable stance, taking steps that do not bring honor to the subjects who carry out 'orders'."
