Sevan Police Locate Khachatur Abovyan, The Gagarin Bridge is Saved

Sevan police have found the wanted citizen Khachatur Abovyan. According to Shamshyan.com, an emergency incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region on February 17. Around 10:00 AM, an unidentified individual called the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and stated that he intended to blow up the Gagarin Bridge, known to the public, located in the administrative area of the village of Gagarin.

The call was received by the head of the ministry's secretariat, Gayane Hovhannisyan, who then informed the law enforcement authorities. The caller identified himself as Khachatur Abovyan, a 44-year-old resident of the Gagarin community in Sevan city. He works at the gas distribution station of Gazprom Armenia in Gagarin.

Today, the criminal investigation department of the Sevan Police has located Kh. Abovyan, who was taken to the Sevan Police Station and provided explanations regarding the incident. He was later released.
