Marutyan is Doing Everything to Appoint His Close Associate to a Lucrative Position: 'Hraparak'

Today, on February 19, a competition will be held for the vacant director position of the so-called Funeral Bureau at the Special Population Service NGO. This position has been vacant since September 11, 2020, with Marutyan's associate Vahe Khachatryan appointed as acting director. Khachatryan is the son-in-law of former Police Chief Alik Sergeyich.

According to our information, Marutyan is doing everything he can to have his close associate appointed to this lucrative position. However, five candidates have applied to participate in the competition, meaning fierce competition is expected. It is worth noting that Khachatryan previously held the position of secretary of the Yerevan city hall’s staff.
