I don't understand why the Ministry of Education has washed its hands and stepped aside, MP

MP Sofia Hovsepyan made a post on Facebook stating: “Teachers and parents of Gyumri School No. 25 are informed that during the state of emergency, they do not have the right to go on strike, and if they do strike, they will not receive their salaries, and the case will be sent to the prosecutor's office. How far will this unlawful approach go? I don't understand why the Ministry of Education has washed its hands and stepped aside. The fact that the newly appointed principal is unable to organize the educational process and gain the trust of the staff and parents speaks volumes.

I hope that the State Labor Inspectorate, the Ministry of Education Inspectorate, and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports will approach the issue seriously, and the interests of a large community will not be subordinated to the whims of a few. Please take action to resolve the seemingly unsolvable issue that only requires an hour, and free the school from the beloved principal of some. I am compelled to speak publicly, as all written and verbal appeals have been sent, and the responses are disgraceful. They did not shy away from providing patronage during the state of emergency, yet they are frightening with threats of not paying salaries and appealing to the prosecutor's office,” the MP wrote.
