Daily School Attendance Will Depend on Coronavirus Situation, Minister Sees Positive Trend

Daily school attendance depends on the coronavirus situation, which is currently quite mild. According to Armenpress, Education, Science, Culture and Sports Minister Vahram Dumanyan stated this during a conversation with journalists, adding that they are waiting for guidance from the Ministry of Health to switch to a normal operating mode in schools.

“Students are already attending schools, but there is a restriction… there should not be more than 20 students in a classroom, and it is also necessary to maintain anti-epidemic rules. Even the food points in schools are operational. Today, there is a trend towards transitioning to a normal mode,” said the minister, but he did not clarify whether such a decision has been made.
