You killed 10 people with Kocharian for the sake of power, but when you learned that Nikol was committing treason, why didn’t you speak out? - Sh. Harutyunyan
“Serzh talked and talked, but never mentioned Russia's treacherous behavior. Not once did he note that France had offered us support in the form of weapons or otherwise. He shifted all the blame onto Nikol, justifying Russia,” said Shant Harutyunyan, president of the Tsaghkadzor party, in an interview with 24news.
“He knows very well that it was Putin's KGB that brought Nikol to power just like it did with him back in 2008. I remember well that he went to Moscow and said, ‘Thank you for bringing me to power,’ he knows well that it is Moscow that brings power,” emphasized Harutyunyan.
“He says that when Nikol came and said that Nagorno-Karabakh should participate in the negotiations, I understood from there that we would lose, that there would be a war... When you understood, why didn’t you act against it? On March 1, you killed 10 people with Kocharian for the sake of power, but when you learned that Nikol was committing treason, why didn’t you go against it?” Harutyunyan remarked, referencing Serzh Sargsyan’s statements towards Nikol Pashinyan.
