The secret meeting, which Armen Abazyan arranged during his recent visit to Moscow, is expected to occur soon near the contact line, not far from Mataghis. Abazyan, Harutyunyan, and Nagiev plan to discuss “infrastructure issues,” which, in essence, are steps toward the integration of what remains of Artsakh into Azerbaijan.

We must understand that this is not merely a fictitious meeting; it is the execution of a plan for the disintegration of Armenian statehood, which is what allows Nikol to stay in power. Armenia's willingness to accept humiliation only fuels the desire of Turkey and Azerbaijan for greater territories, concessions, and guarantees.
