Shack in Yeghvard City Burns Down; Corpse Discovered

On February 18, at 07:48, the Kotayk Region Crisis Management Center received a report that a shack was burning in the yard of one of the buildings on Garni Street in Yeghvard City. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the MES was dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained at 08:16 and extinguished by 08:47. Inside the shack (approximately 15 square meters), household items and some wooden roofing elements were burned. A corpse of a man approximately 60 years old was discovered inside.
