Citizen Dies from Stab Wounds in Artsakh Following Argument

On February 18, a resident of Martakert, identified as A. B. born in 1975, reported to the Martakert regional police department that he had discovered the body of H. S., a 1982-born resident of the same city, in the yard of one of the houses on V. Galstyan Street.

The body had multiple stab wounds. Following investigative measures, it was determined that on February 17, around 8:00 PM, an argument broke out between H. S. and a Martakert resident born in 1984, E. G. During the altercation, E. G. stabbed H. S. several times in the abdomen with a kitchen knife before fleeing the scene, resulting in H. S.'s death.

A forensic examination of the body has been appointed, and the Artsakh Investigative Committee is handling the case.
