In the Tavush Province, the winding roads of Dilijan city and the Gyumri-Bavra road in Shirak Province are closed to trucks with trailers, while other vehicles can barely pass through. The Bagratashen-Novemberyan road is closed to cargo transport.

The winding roads near Spitak in Lori Province are difficult to traverse. Snow is falling in the Vardenyats Pass, on the Saravan-Zanger section, in Tavush, Lori, and Aragatsotn Provinces around Aparan, in Gegharkunik Province around Gavar and Sevan, in Vayots Dzor Province around Jermuk, and in the "Meghru Sar" area in Syunik Province.

Due to heavy snowfall in Tavush, Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn, and Shirak Provinces, it is advised to only travel when absolutely necessary. Additionally, dense fog is reported in the winding roads of Spitak city in Lori Province and in Goris city in Syunik Province. Blizzards are occurring in the Aragats region of Aragatsotn Province, Aparan city, as well as in Amasia and Ashotsk regions of Shirak Province.
