Scenes welcoming and supporting the Prime Minister were staged again along the Gyumri-Yerevan road. Similar scenes had also been staged by former officials, including the well-known 'Cheburashka' teacher who was supporting the Republican Party and the authorities. This took place during the pre-election phase of 2017, a year after which it was these very teachers who rejected and cursed the Republicans the most. There will always be people who will support, assist, and flatter. And most importantly, these are the kinds of scenes that will be staged and organized.

It turned out that the action welcoming Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who went to Sisian after the war, was organized by My Step party member Karen Hambardzumyan, whose aunt called Pashinyan the 'savior.' Meanwhile, today along the Gyumri-Yerevan road, particularly in the Talin section, those who stopped to greet Pashinyan's motorcade were organized by Zhora Sapeian, a member of the Republic party. Sapeian was one of the organizers of the rally supporting Pashinyan in Republic Square on November 18, gathering people from Talin to bring them to Yerevan.

He was the head of Levon Ter-Petrosyan's Talin campaign headquarters during the pre-election phase of the 2008 presidential election. After a brawl on January 27, he and his brother were charged with hooliganism, and Zhora Sapeian spent two and a half years in custody, being released only in 2010. The Sapeian family had also been involved in a criminal case in 2019.
