Voronezh Armenian Ready to Establish Asphalt Plant in Artsakh

There are people from Voronezh who are ready to set up an asphalt plant in Artsakh for road construction. This was stated by Herman Ananyants, Vice President of the Union of Armenians of Russia, in an interview with NEWS.am on February 17.

He clarified that this concerns Kamo Chobanyan, the head of the regional branch of the Union of Armenians of Russia in Voronezh.

"He is a citizen of Russia and has lived in Armenia for many years. As soon as 'Rosdorstroy' starts its work there, he is ready to immediately move his plant there," Ananyants explained.

According to him, many others have also expressed their willingness to assist in the restoration of Artsakh. "Literally all regions of Russia have taken on obligations. The President of the Union of Armenians of Russia, Ara Abrahamyan, has assigned tasks to everyone. Unlike Arayik Harutyunyan (the President of Artsakh), he is very concerned about what is happening in Karabakh," he concluded.
