The issue should be framed this way: Armenia, Shirak province, and Gyumri must be rebuilt anew. We must acknowledge that the process of rebuilding Gyumri has begun and continues. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on his Facebook page, alongside a video.

“During a meeting held at the Shirak Provincial Governor's Office, we discussed the ongoing projects and future plans,” the Prime Minister wrote.

It is worth noting that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is currently in Gyumri. He has held a consultation at the Shirak Provincial Governor's Office.
