VIDEO: Ammunition and Provisions from Artsakh Discovered

On the night of February 13, the police of the Yeghegnadzor division detained two men, aged 47 and 55, suspected of illegally storing and transporting weapons and ammunition at the Arenu intersection on the Yerevan-Meghri road.

During the search, the police found 1,309 bullets in metal containers and 240 cans of preserved food in the car's trunk and cabin, intended for the needs of the Ministry of Defense. According to the younger man, the ammunition and provisions were acquired during their participation in combat operations in Artsakh last October and were kept in a building.

An examination has been ordered, and the circumstances are being investigated.
