Video: Driver in Novosibirsk Hits Woman and Toddler After Being Told to Move Car

A driver in Novosibirsk hit a woman who had told him that he was parked in the wrong place. According to local media reports, the woman was pushing a stroller with her child when the incident occurred. Fortunately, the child was unharmed, but the woman suffered a broken leg. After the accident, the driver fled the scene.
