Moses Hakobyan: Serzh Sargsyan's Assessments Are Completely Correct

The third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, presented his observations regarding the negotiation process and the failures experienced during the 44-day war in two speeches, which I consider to be completely correct. This was stated by the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, former Chief Military Inspector, General-Major Moses Hakobyan, who added, ‘I fully agree with him.’

Recall that former President Serzh Sargsyan expressed assessments in a detailed interview with Armnews television regarding the processes before and after the third Karabakh war. In particular, Sargsyan accused the current authorities of instigating the war and undermining Armenia's security system.
