Defense Ministry on the Situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani Contact Line

On February 16 and 17, the operational tactical situation along the entire length of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line of the state border has not changed, and no border incidents have been registered.

The Ministry of Defense notes that according to information received from the National Security Service (NSS), no border incidents have been recorded in the section of the Goris-Kapan interstate highway from Vorotan to David Bek, which falls under the jurisdiction of the NSS border troops.

The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and the NSS border troops units are monitoring the border situation along the entire border area.
