The Affairs of Baku's Dictator Are Deteriorating: Karen Hovhannisyan

Karen Hovhannisyan, founder of the "Armenian Strong Army" NGO, stated on his Facebook page: "Before the infamous declaration was signed, I repeatedly declared that the number of Azerbaijani casualties exceeds 15,000. After the declaration, I simply couldn’t study the situation due to my extremely sensitive mental state. Now, however, discussions in Baku have begun regarding the number of casualties, reaching up to 25,000. That number is not far from reality, but Azerbaijani society could take to the streets driven by the casualty figures. They have results, and the fact of the casualties can be justified, but hiding the number of casualties is already a problem for the authorities. Trust in the government can turn into not only distrust but also hatred.

Today, Aliyev’s primary objective is to maintain the occupied territories and ensure international representation there, which supposedly could guarantee that we do not experience a resurgence. The affairs of Baku's dictator are increasingly deteriorating; in a few months, he will transform into a cruel tyrant for his citizens."
