Defense Minister Receives Ambassador of Georgia to Armenia

On February 16, Armenian Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan received the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia to Armenia Giorgi Saganelidze and the newly appointed military attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Jaba Toraishvili.

The Minister congratulated the military attaché on his appointment and expressed hope that his activities would contribute to the further development of cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries.

During the meeting, issues related to Armenian-Georgian multilateral cooperation, areas of mutual interest, as well as regional security issues were discussed.
