Relatives of Missing Soldiers Demand Double DNA Testing, Distrust the Agency: "Don't Play with Lava"

Relatives of soldiers from Unit N in Ejmiadzin, who are considered missing in action, do not rule out the possibility of demanding a second DNA test, expressing their distrust in the agency involved. A mother of one of the missing soldiers voiced her concerns in an interview with Factinfo, stating that the agency is not conducting a proper policy and should gather the entire human remains before announcing any results, as their current actions seem to induce panic.

"I don't know if they are creating panic to make us silent. They don’t understand that by playing with fire, they cannot extinguish it; they are playing with lava, which will never cool down and will consume everyone," she noted, adding that nobody should dare to take chances because all DNA test findings will be sent abroad for a second examination.

"If, God forbid, there is any mistake, like the one where they mistakenly took the children into the mouth of fire, they must not make a mistake with the DNA issue. If they make a mistake, everything in Yerablur will get mixed up, and everyone will have to be retested. They should not do this; they should not involve our chemists in such matters. They must not slip up," she emphasized.
