Official Statements of the Azerbaijani President About Armenia and Armenians

The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, reports: "Yet another proof of the deep-rooted foundations of state-sponsored hatred toward Armenians in Azerbaijan has emerged. The official statements of the Azerbaijani President regarding Armenia and Armenians are as follows:

1. We will continue to drive these liars out (referring to Armenians). They see that we give them a lesson they will never forget.
2. They have no conscience, nor morality.
3. They don't even have brains.
4. For 30 years, it (referring to Artsakh and specifically Fizuli) has been in the hands of wild monsters, wild beasts, and jackals.
5. The remnants of Fizuli are a display of Armenian fascism and testify to the existence of Armenian fascism.
6. It seems a wild tribe had taken over the city.
7. We must lead a stronger fight against Armenia and increase the weight of this struggle. We have isolated it from all international and regional programs.

These same words are also used by Azerbaijani military personnel in videos regarding the killing, torture, and inhumane treatment of Armenian soldiers and civilians.
