Despite the Complex Situation, Independence Remains the Path for Artsakh
On February 14, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan held another meeting with working collectives. During the meeting with the employees of the Ministries of Health and Justice, the president addressed the events and issues of the wartime and post-war periods. This was reported by the Artsakh President's office.
The president once again emphasized that despite the complex situation, independence remains the path that Artsakh will take. In the post-war period, the factor of Russian peacekeepers has been added to the security system of the Republic of Artsakh, while its own armed forces will continue to operate in parallel.
Arayik Harutyunyan stated that in order to address the humanitarian and infrastructure issues arising from the war, we must find certain avenues of cooperation with all parties involved, while simultaneously excluding any vertical relationship with Azerbaijan.
The president also responded to various questions raised by the meeting participants.
