"On the one hand, he essentially says he is in favor of the preservation of the capitulatory regime in Armenia, which does not allow the idea of revanchism to fade away. On the other hand, in order to promote his own political persona domestically, he is forced to openly reveal that the 'previous Armenians' refused to hand over the regions of Lachin and Qarabag, thereby once again putting into a miserable situation the leader of the occupation regime, who considers himself informed and cultured regarding the negotiation process, and whose incompetence led to the surrender of those regions as well," he wrote.
