11:00-17:00 - Kosh, Avan, Lerrnac and Verin Sasunik villages.

In Kotayk Region:
11:00–13:00 - Zar and Sevaberd villages; 11:00-17:00 - Kaputak, Kamaris, Geghashen, Nor Gyugh villages, Jrvaz - Bagrevand and Banavan districts partially.

In Gegharkunik Region:
12:00-14:00 - Sevan city, Orenkoy district, communal enterprises, "Lihinidis", "Tigran and Vahe", "Zmrukhte Laguna", "Zvoaroraria", "Spitak ap" companies and surrounding non-residential subscribers; 12:00–17:00 - Zovak, Karchaghbyur, Akhpradzor, Makenis, Lchav village, "Sevan-Ishkhan" LLC, military unit 28418, "VivaCell MTS", "Veon Armenia", "Ucom" mobile stations.

In Ararat Region:

11:00-14:00 - Ijevan region, Getahovit village, gas and gasoline stations, slaughterhouse, military police, "VivaCell MTS" mobile station and surrounding non-residential subscribers; 14:00-15:00 - Ijevan city, hospital, market, post office, police, municipality, Red Cross, kindergarten, number 4 secondary school, Independence street, Tabriz, Kharagoyzyan, Yerevan streets partially, "UniBank" company and surrounding non-residential subscribers.
