Araik Harutyunyan Discusses Issues Related to Prisoners and Missing Persons with Azerbaijani Official

Today, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, together with the Director of the National Security Service of Armenia, Colonel Armen Abazyan, and the Commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Artsakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, met with an Azerbaijani official in an area under the control of the Russian troops.

This information was confirmed by the press secretary of the President of Artsakh, Lusine Avanesyan, in a conversation with Artsakhpress.

“The issues of the return of prisoners, the search for missing persons, and other humanitarian matters were discussed. There was also a discussion regarding the fates of missing persons from the 1990s war,” Avanesyan added.
