After the approval, it was decided to cut the most sensitive sectors, which are already barely receiving investments and will suffer... The scale of cuts in the Ministry of Defense is larger; is it at the expense of officers' salaries or inspection and other issues? There is a need for efficient spending, not cuts. For instance, a DNA device recently purchased for 250 million drams could have been bought at market value for 105 million drams or understanding whether the need exists or not, considering that an additional DNA sequencer is idling in the former SPID center.
