Today, an extraordinary announcement was made on the official Facebook page of the Ararat City Community. The city hall's page was inviting applicants for jobs in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, and interested individuals were asked to contact a person named Arman at the city hall's first floor.

The announcement remained on the city hall's Facebook page for over 10 hours before being deleted just moments ago.

This announcement was commented on by Sofia Hovsepyan, a member of parliament who left the 'My Step' faction, who wrote on her Facebook page: "What does the mayor of Ararat think about disseminating such announcements? I would like to inform you that there are also large-scale construction works happening in Artsakh, and they can go to work in Artsakh. If interested, I can pass along contact information. These people have completely lost their sense of security."
