Which Roads Are Closed: Emergency Situations Ministry Reports

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of Armenia. According to the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province to Amberd Fortress and to Kʻari Lake are closed.

The Vardenyats Pass is difficult to traverse for truck trailers. From 14:00 to 18:00 on February 10, the section of the interstate road Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Georgian border (M6) between Akhtala and Nakhots will be closed due to blasting and rockfall works. No detour route will be established for traffic.
