Mothers of Fallen Soldiers Reach Out for Purpose of Having Children Again, Vahe Ter-Minasyan
Vahe Ter-Minasyan, head of the Oncology Department at the National Institute of Health, shared on the air of "First News" that lately, he has been receiving calls almost daily from families who lost sons during the war, seeking consultations and discussions about having children.
“It is very difficult to hear from these mothers; you relive everything with them. They are fantastically strong individuals. Imagine a woman who lost an 18-20-year-old child just a few months ago, coming to say she wants her child to be born again. It is impossible to listen to these women without emotions, as they hold their grief and pain within their souls, calmly expressing that they have already made their decision,” says Ter-Minasyan.
