Artsakh Leadership School Organizes Educational Program for State Employees

The head of the Office of the President of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, has announced that the Artsakh Republic's presidential office and government are collaborating to organize an educational program through the Leadership School to enhance the necessary knowledge, experiences, and connections for the rapid empowerment of Artsakh's state employees.
