President of Artsakh Meets with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan

A consultation on the implementation of major infrastructure projects in Artsakh was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, as reported by the Prime Minister's spokesperson, Mane Gevorgyan.
