I Officially Demand Everyone to Refrain from Exploiting the Name of Artsakh and the Emotions of Its People: Arayik Harutyunyan

Artsakh's President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots, recently there has been a resurgence of disinformation flows regarding Artsakh, unfortunately, mainly from Armenian circles. Whoever is driven by their own narrow personal interests or what comes to their mind speaks without considering that they are criminally playing with the fate of Artsakh and the nerves of its people.

Specifically, one person writes that we are allegedly dissolving the army and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, another claims that we are abandoning the Red Market - Shushi road, a third suggests that we are going to raise the Azerbaijani flag in Stepanakert, and so on, and so forth. All of these are fabrications, and it is simply impossible for the authorities of Artsakh to agree to the desires of external and internal enemies.

I officially demand everyone to refrain from exploiting the name of Artsakh and the emotions of its people.

All state bodies of the Republic of Artsakh will work and continue to work, no matter how difficult the conditions or the unwilling people may be. However, the main pain is that among those who are unwilling, there are also representatives of the Armenian nation. I would greatly like to see all of our energy and efforts directed towards the restoration and development of Artsakh, ensuring security, alleviating the pain of loss, and solving the issues of captives and missing persons, instead of weakening the existing values even further.
