Bank Robbery Occurred, Suspect Arrested: Police on Armed Assault

Information has just emerged about an emergency incident that took place in Yerevan. A man, armed with a weapon, entered the "ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" located at 64 Sundukyan Street in the Arabkir administrative district, held a firearm to an employee, and stole approximately 2.5 million drams before fleeing the scene.

The information was confirmed to Auroranews by the head of the Media Relations Department of the Police of Armenia, Zarzand Gabrielyan. "We have received an alert that an armed robbery occurred at the bank located at 64 Sundukyan Street in the Arabkir administrative district, and the suspect has been apprehended," Gabrielyan told us.
