Video: The Unreported Stabbing Incident Has Been Uncovered

On February 1, an incident occurred in the village of Voskivan, located in the city of Noyemberyan. The incident ended in stabbing; however, neither the hospital nor the police were approached by the victim.

The criminal investigators of Noyemberyan learned of the incident exclusively through operational intelligence measures. They discovered that on February 1, around 14:30, during a heated argument, a 26-year-old resident of the same neighborhood stabbed a 17-year-old boy, a student of the 11th grade at the Koghb village school, causing injury.

By February 2, the perpetrator of the stabbing confessed to the crime at the Noyemberyan police station. A forensic examination has been initiated. The weapon used in the crime, a knife with a concealed blade, has been recovered. Preparations for the case are underway.
