Over 1003 Hectares Cleared of Mines in Artsakh, Along with 262.8 km of Roads and 1043 Residential Buildings

The Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the ceasefire regime at twenty-seven observation posts and conducting around-the-clock surveillance of the situation. This information comes from the Russian Ministry of Defense's website.

The ceasefire is being maintained along the entire length of the contact line. Russian peacekeepers are ensuring the safe return of citizens to their permanent residences, providing humanitarian assistance, and restoring civilian infrastructure.

In a single day, 62 displaced individuals have returned to Artsakh from Armenia. Overall, since November 14, 2020, a total of 52,158 people have returned to their previous residences in Artsakh.

The humanitarian demining center's engineer-sappers continue to clear mines in the Artsakh territory. In just one day, 42 hectares of land, 8 kilometers of roads, and 41 residential buildings have been cleared, and 19 explosive objects have been discovered and removed for destruction.

In total, since November 23, 2020, 1003.3 hectares of land, 262.8 kilometers of roads, and 1043 residential buildings have been cleared of unexploded ordnance, including 28 social significance facilities. Additionally, 23,987 explosive objects have been identified and neutralized.
