The post titled "About Artshrun: Two weeks before the capitulation, Semyon Pegov told me that the boys are fighting like lions, but according to his understanding, problems have arisen in the organization of defense and logistics. The military leadership does not really understand the situation on the front line. I asked my friend, Samvel Nalbandyan, my former deputy at News Media and owner of several media outlets in Rostov, to rush to Yerevan and meet with Artshrun Hovhannisyan. The issue was to correctly understand the situation and tell me about it. After that, we could think about how to reshape the information policy and understand what to do next. That same day, Samvel left for Yerevan with two employees. Two days later, he reported on how his two-hour conversation with Artshrun ended. Here is an accurate short summary:
