VIDEO: One-Way Ticket from Yerevan to Moscow Costs $1050, Says Naira Zohrabyan

Today, at the National Assembly, Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the "Prosperous Armenia" faction, addressed issues that, according to her, should have been subjects of discussion in the National Assembly after the war but have not been. She stated, "For this government, there is a more important agenda regarding how to increase the number of judges who impose detention sanctions, because numerous honest judges refuse to be among Nikol Pashinyan's 'chirping' judges and reject dirty political orders." She pointed out that the government constantly attempts to introduce fake agendas.

She mentioned that the deputies should have gone to Zvartnots Airport the day before to see what is happening. "The one-way ticket from Yerevan to Moscow was priced at $1050 by some airlines yesterday. People are leaving, don't you want to join us to ask why they are going? These individuals voted for you with great hope in 2018," she said, adding that Gagik Tsarukyan has also been addressing these issues, holding meetings and discussions.

"This is our tragedy that today people are leaving the homeland with their homes and all their belongings, and instead of being there to understand what we can do to keep Armenians in the homeland, we are here discussing how to increase the number of Nikol Pashinyan's 'chirping' judges," she remarked. It is noteworthy that the National Assembly is discussing amendments and supplements to the constitutional law on the "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia" along with the related legislative package. Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan, presenting the project, stated that the urgency of the draft is due to the need to increase the number of judges to alleviate the workload of judges specializing in criminal cases and to enhance the effectiveness of examining cases in inter-court criminal proceedings.
