The Court Hearing Against Robert Kocharyan and Others Has Begun

The Shengavit division of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, is holding the next hearing in the case of the alleged overthrow of the constitutional order. The defendants include the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, Seyran Ohanyan, Armen Gevorgyan, and Yuri Khachaturov.

It is noteworthy that Robert Kocharyan's legal team is preparing to submit a petition from former Prime Ministers during one of the upcoming sessions. Former Prime Ministers of the Republic of Armenia, Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan, as well as the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Anushavan Danielyan, are preparing to present a proposal to the court to replace Robert Kocharyan's remand in custody with their personal guarantees.
