What is the Condition of Roads in Artsakh: Emergency Situations Ministry
There are no closed or difficult-to-navigate roads in Artsakh. The Emergency Situations Ministry informs that all domestic roadways in Artsakh are mainly passable. On the highway leading to the Republic of Armenia in the Syunik region, there are patches of ice in some places. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
