Video: Unknown Person Throws Box Containing Human Head from Window in French City of Toulon
An extraordinary incident occurred in the French city of Toulon. An unknown individual threw a box containing a human head out of a window onto one of the streets. Police have cordoned off the entry and exit to the street and have detained a suspect hours later. Investigations into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
