When the Russian-Turkish Center Will Start Operating in Artsakh is Already Known
The Russian-Turkish monitoring center for the ceasefire regime in Artsakh will start its operations from January 30 in the Agdam region. This information was reported to RIA Novosti by an informed source.
"The center will commence its activities tomorrow," the agency's interlocutor stated, adding that monitoring will also be conducted with the assistance of drones.
According to the source, the center will have 60 Russian and 60 Turkish servicemen. Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Russian servicemen are preparing to work in the Russian-Turkish joint center for monitoring the ceasefire and military operations in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, which will be located in the territory of Azerbaijan.
During their preparation, the servicemen are studying the structure, significance, objectives, and functions of the joint center, the rules for organizing work, as well as the culture, traditions, and peculiarities of the country in which they will be operating.
