Snowfall in Several Regions of Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of Armenia.

The roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn province to Amberd Fortress and to the Kar Lake are closed. The Vardenyats Pass is difficult to traverse for trucks with trailers.

In the town of Jermuk in Vayots Dzor province, on all roads in Gegharkunik province, and in the Sisian-Zanger section of Syunik province, there are patches of black ice.

Snowfall is occurring in the town of Aparan in Aragatsotn province, in the Talin region, in the town of Jermuk, and in the Saravan-Zanger area.
