Political scientist Suren Sargsyan has shared a photo on his Facebook page, writing:
“This foreigner (whose name I know, but will not disclose) is breaking and cleaning ice in the area adjacent to the Cascade with a metal shovel, so that people do not fall. Shame on you Yerevan Municipality!!!”
