Lars is Open for All Types of Vehicles; Around 420 Trucks Stuck on the Russian Side

According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles. There are about 420 trucks stuck on the Russian side.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to prohibit the entry of foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight transport.
