Building Elevator Has Been Out of Service for a Month; Residents Appeal to Hayk Marutyan

Open letter to the Mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan: "We, the residents of the building at 63/1 Orbeli, are reaching out to you. Our building was constructed during the Soviet era for the families of academicians and corresponding members of the National Academy of Sciences. Today, our building still houses many esteemed individuals, some of whom are elderly and have been deprived of the basic ability to leave their homes for a month now, as the elevator in our nine-story building has not been operational for this period, and no effective measures have been taken by the municipality to reactivate it.

We kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue."
