Azerbaijan Transfers Additional 31 Fallen Soldiers' Remains to Armenia in Fizuli Region
In the Varanda (Fizuli) region, the Azerbaijani side has transferred the remains of an additional 31 fallen soldiers to the Armenian side, without providing any information about their location.
According to preliminary data, the deceased are believed to be reservists. A forensic examination has been ordered to determine their identities.
To date, a total of 1,318 remains have been discovered, of which 15 are preliminarily identified as civilians, while the others are military personnel, reservists, or volunteers who participated in military operations.
Today, search and rescue teams from Artsakh are conducting operations in Martuni (towards Nerkin Chartar), Varanda (Fizuli), and Hadrut regions.
