Russia Allows Entry for Citizens of Four Countries
The Russian government has lifted the entry ban for citizens of four countries: India, Qatar, Finland, and Vietnam. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The document states that citizens of these countries, as well as those with residence permits, are allowed to enter Russia by air. "Russians, in turn, can also fly to any of these countries," the decree mentions.
